  26. ETL CHECKLIST • Review Entire Manual (ETL Checklist p. 214 - auto)* • Talk with program coordinator  Schedule on-site  Review qualifications of team members

  27. Pre On-Site Evaluation Activities

  28. ETL CHECKLIST At least two weeks prior to on-site you must have received: • Application for On-site Evaluation • Course of Study (p.22 Procedures section - item 4) • On-site Team Member List • Advisory Committee List

  29. ETL CHECKLIST • Approve and sign the application - send it to NATEF • Receive Team Packets from NATEF • “Guide for Team Members” and schedule to team members • Send schedule to on-site coordinator

  30. On-Site Activities –Day 1

  31. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS • Anxiety level - school and team • Meet the day/evening prior, if possible • Explain process and expectations • Review schedule and facility • Start with short, easy assignments • Ask host to be available for questions

  32. GO / NO - GO ITEMS • Standard 2.5 A The Advisory Committee must convene a minimum of two (2) times a year (meeting minutes are required).

  40. GO / NO - GO ITEMS • Standard 9.3 B Instructors are required to attend at least 20 hours/year of recognized industry update training relevant to the areas in which the program is certified.
