PPM Assurances • LONG TERM OUTCOME: • Long Term Outcome: To improve child outcomes and LRE opportunities through district-wide implementation of the Preschool Pyramid Model for supporting social and emotional competence and preventing challenging behavior in children. • Increase knowledge & skills of the Preschool Pyramid Model Initiative implementation team (i.e., staff who will be coaches & trainers) to provide effective coaching, consultation and training to classroom staff on the Preschool Pyramid Model. • Implement the Pyramid Model strategies in targeted classrooms with fidelity. • Train all teaching staff in Tiers I, II and III according to the LEA implementation plan • Establish a Preschool Pyramid Model professional learning communityfor teachers, coaches and trainers. • Establish an LEA Preschool Pyramid Model implementation team to develop and monitor an implementation plan for district-wide implementation and sustainability. • Collect data and complete Yearly Program Review (YPR).
