  1. Sample Wedding Plan for a Palace Wedding

  2. Day 1 • Afternoon • We receive Guests at Airport/Rly Station and transfer to the Hotel. • At the hotel we welcome guests in a traditional way by Garlanding, Aarti and • Tikka, refreshing Non-alcoholic Welcome Drink is served on arrival. • Our Help Desk assist them to their respective Rooms. • A detailed Programme booklet is handed with events for the wedding • ahead. • Afternoon is free for a City Tour on their own or just relaxing in your beautiful Hotel.

Day 1 Evening • Pre -Wedding Ceremony like Mehndi and Sangeet / Ring Ceremony/ Garba Night etc followed by a Gala Dinner/Barbeque at one of the luxurious venues. • Lavish buffet with a choice of Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian menu. • Setup, Sitting arrangement, Table Decor. Floral Decoration, Canopy and • Lighting, ambience will be created as per the theme finalised. • Mehndi Girls & ChooriWala /Bindiwala will be provided. • Live entertainment - Folk performers / DJ / live band, Celebrity singers and • performers as per choice. • Cocktails and Beverages as per your choice.

Day 2 • Morning • The breakfast is served in a common hall/Restaurant at the respective hotels. • Guests are free for City Tour/Shopping or just relax in afternoon to be prepared for • an exotic evening. • Evening • Wedding Ceremony and Reception • Early evening Guests start dressing up and gather for Saafa tying with their respective • sides. • After Saafa tying all gather for a royal procession. • The Procession with Dhol Players/traditional Dancers, Elephant, Camels and Horses • reach at the Venue where Guests are welcomed by Bride's party.

Day 2 • Welcome of guests with flower shower and tilak. • Guests are served Snacks and Fresh Juice/ Soft drinks in between. • Ceremony is followed by the Reception party with tongue licking food. • After snacks everybody proceed for the Ceremony to be performed by Priest, Classical • performers play live to create a festive mood. • Décor • A beautiful Main arch will be made at the main entrance with drapes and flowers. • Red carpet along the pathway from main arch till Mandap entrance. • There will be a special seating arrangement for the Bride and Groom. • Havankund will be set up & decorated beautifully. • Combination of theme color flowers décor for Mandap. • Theme fabric décor for the Mandap area.

Day 2 • Jaimala Ceremony • Welcome garlands for the guests at the time of “Milni”. • 2 Jai mala’s – (floral garlands) will be provided for the Jaimala ceremony. • Flower showering on the couple during the jaimala ceremony. • Wedding Ceremony • Few covered Mattresses with round pillows & theme colored bolsters around the • mandap. • Provision of 2 special Royal Ethnic Chairs for the bride & groom. • Hindu Priest to solemnize the Hindu wedding rituals. • All puja related items are provided.

Day 2 • Gala Dinner and Reception • A Multi-cuisine lavish Gala Dinner is served with a large no of Indian, • Continental, Chinese, Italian, veg / Non-veg mouthwatering delicacies. • Round/long tables with theme color covers & tie backs for the guest • seating arrangement. • Floral centerpieces on each round table with proper table layout. • Live Instrumental Music – Rajasthani or any other as per your choice. • Live Bar with a selection of cocktails and mocktails by trained bartenders. • Wedding Favors, menu cards, place cards, seating plan will be provided. • Complimentary 3 tier wedding cake and a bottle of champagne of your • choice will be given. • Gala Fireworks display.

  8. Day 3 • Morning • After the breakfast Guests check out with happy memories. • We provide the transfer to Airport/Railway Station by Cars or Coach. For all Functions • Photography and Videography - 2 Photographers and 2 videographers will be • provided to cover the entire 3 day event. • Makeup artists and Hair Stylists - • - Pre bridal for the bride. • - Mehendi day make up and hair styling for the bride • - Wedding day pre-bridal/spa/bridal make up, hair styling, saree draping • for the bride. • - 2 more beauticians for the other female guests for all days Other inclusions • Onsite Wedding Planner and team to take care of all the arrangements-to help & • guide you in every step for your ease & comfort on all days of occasions. • Complimentary Personalized Wedding webpage.
