Real Restaurants

This study, led by Tamra Bell and Ashley Hamlin, surveyed 20 high school students and teachers in a population of 1,000 to identify preferred restaurants for Charlotte County. We utilized convenience sampling during class and lunch periods, seeking responses to a rating survey on various establishments. Results indicated that Hibachi was the most favored restaurant, while Country Cooking ranked the lowest. The study acknowledged inherent data biases and recommends broader sampling methods for future surveys to ensure a more equitable representation of preferences.

  2. Population • High School students and teachers • Our population consist of 1,000 people

  3. Sample • Our sample was a number of 20 people

  4. Survey • We found the people we surveyed in class and at lunch • We decided how to survey people by convenience sampling

One is being the best and twelve being the worst. You can only use the number ONCE.
