Principles of 5S: Sort, Set in order, Sweep, Standardize and Sustain Lean manufacturing principle Creates efficiency and effectiveness by identifying and storing the items used, maintaining the area and items, and sustaining the new order. New GHS labels (orange section - Hazmat) Global Harmonized System - a system to standardize the way hazardous materials are classified globally. Acrylic dispensers will now have labels shipped with dispensers to be applied by the customer 5S Banner

  6. PLC - FAQ’s • How many catalogs should a customer order? • As many as they want! There is a minimum order of 1 case = (30 catalogs). • Leaving at least 3 catalogs for each facility is recommended. This will ensure that each decision maker has a copy. • Catalog Pricing: • 1-4 cases = $67.50 per case 5-8 cases = $57.00 per case • 9-12 cases = $52.50 per case 13+ cases = $45.00 per case • Remember: If your customer places $5,000 worth of business with NMC, we will reimburse them the cost of their catalogs. • Spend $10,000 and we will also reimburse the freight cost! • Do you remind me to reorder? • Once your customer has depleted their stock, simply sign onto NMC’s PLC website and reorder. • Logos and contact information are stored for easy access. • Customer can choose another cover if desired.

PLC - FAQ’s • How many cases do I order if I have (x) amount of sales people in the field? • Catalogs are ordered and shipped in case quantities (30/case) • Customers should order what they need to sell NMC’s products to their safety identification end users. • Who do I call to get a quote, proof, etc.? • Simply call one of NMC’s friendly and helpful Inside Sales Team at 800.453.2727 and they will be happy to help you with any of your safety identification needs.

  8. PLC - FAQ’s • How much is my freight going to be? • NMC’s printing facility is located in Wisconsin. Freight is determined by “SHIP TO” location. • The NMC freight account is contracted and we cannot allow other freight services at this time. • What do I need to know about the catalog? • Use the catalog as an opportunity to make a call on your customer and explain the discount pricing structure and it’s benefits. • Review the overall layout and product content of each section. • Explain the colored discount structure in relation to the matching pricing grids in the catalog. • Review the new products, i.e., 5S and GHS Labels
