  6. Role-Based Training Specialized training based on system roles: • Providers • LDOs • Networks • CMS Includes all applicable functionality for the User’s role.

  7. Training Approaches • Channels of training offered to Networks and Facilities: • Physical (In-Person) Training • Quick Start Guides/Cards • Learning Management System (LMS)- based Web Training

  8. Physical Training Sessions delivered across the country over a 3-month span: • Collaborative LDO training • Network “Train the Trainer” Training • Facility Training

Physical Training Details • Content • All courses listed in curriculum (plus A4 content) • Hands-on opportunities for attendees • Opportunities to ask questions and get answers • Classes and Locations • Up to169 individual classes • 46 locations nationwide (including HI and PR) • Locations chosen based on population and facility density • Cost • No cost to attend – Attendees must cover own travel and lodging

LMS Training Features • What is an LMS? • Usage • LMS tracks usage – How often was the course taken and who took it? • Performance • LMS Tracks how well students perform on each course • 508 Compliance • LMS delivers training in both a Flash-based interactive manner and a text-reader friendly manner to ensure Section 508 compliance.
