  • MDG Fund: for programmatic activities with pass-through arrangement for the ‘One Programme’
        • Budget execution of ‘passed through’ resources to remain within individual agencies
        • Parallel funding for integrated activities to continue but as a decreasing proportion of overall funding
        • Earmarking by donors within MDG Fund allowed to the level of Joint Programme Outcomes
        • MDG Fund to support only Joint Programmes, not stand-alone activities of individual agencies/funds/programmes
  • Transformation Fund: to support implement UN reforms.
    • It will provide temporary support for strategic analyses, joint programming and reform of business practices. Transformation Fund is not for programmatic activities
