FILOSOFÍA Teniendo presente que tanto el modelo y enfoque pedagógico como la misión y visión del colegio prestan gran atención a la persona y a la comunidad, la filosofía institucional se fundamenta en planteamientos personalistas y comunitaristas; ambos enfoques están en la raíz misma de la cultura occidental. VISIÓN Para el año 2015 la Institución Educativa Técnica Empresarial MANUEL QUINTERO PENILLA de Cartago, formará excelentes técnicos en LOGÍSTICA DE LA CADENA DE ABASTECIMIENTO, con el apropiado desempeño en informática y con una mentalidad proactiva de saberes y competencias prácticas para desarrollar habilidades físicas e intelectuales, con proyección laboral y/o profesional con unas metas claras, permitiéndole mejorar la calidad de vida a nivel personal y social.
