  3. Public Information Bulletin is a special Internet portal (platform) which public bodies are obliged to create and make accessible for citizens information defined by law as „public information”. Open Administration PIB - Pilot Project developed by COI and Rodan Systems S.A. aiming at building capacity of local governments to fulfill above obligations in initial stage and setting up platform for wide class of e-government services in the future.
