Here’s how to make Egg Maggi Noodles Recipe Today we are going to make a variation of everybody’s favorite Maggi Noodles, which is​​egg Maggi noodles recipe​.​ We all know Maggi tastes awesome itself without doing much effort. But if you want to add some protein and make it a little more filling. This is a great recipe for you. Maggi noodles are loved by everyone be it, kids or adults. Maggi is the go-to option for any situation when you do not feel like cooking, a good breakfast option or snacks, and also for midnight hunger strike. ​Egg Maggi Noodles Recipe​ is popular among the bachelors and students living away from home. The combination of Maggi and egg makes it special as well as healthy. So let’s start with the recipe and learn how to make anda Maggi. For the ingredients we will be needing Half of medium-sized onion (sliced) Half capsicum (sliced) Some red and green chili (chopped) as per preference 2-3 eggs For the spices we will be needing: Half spoon garam masala, Half spoon red chili powder, a pinch of turmeric powder, one-fourth spoon of roasted cumin powder(optional) 2-3 spoons of hot and spicy ketchup Salt and pepper to taste 2 single packets of Maggi 1-2 spoon of olive oil Method:

  2. We will start by boiling the Maggi on the stove or in the microwave. Take 2 packets of maggie break them into a bowl or pan and add Maggi masala as well. Add one and a half cups of water and put the bowl in the microwave for 4-5 minutes. By the time you can fry your veggies. For this take 1-2 spoon of oil in the pan and heat it. Add onion and fry them for 2-3 minutes on high flame. It will turn a little crispy. Now add capsicum and chilis. Cook for 3 minutes and all the spices mentioned above one by one. Then add 2 spoons of hot and sweet ketchup. Give it a good stir. After that push the veggies aside in the pan and break the eggs and add them in the middle. Just mix them well and cook them until they are completely dry. Now add the cooked Maggi to the masala and cook for 2 minutes on high flame. And your ​Egg Maggi Noodles recipe​ is ready to be served.
