  2. Contamination & Pollution • Maybe you have just had a look at the pictures you could see all the contamination in places like the sea. Have a look at the black and red rocks. They are iron and coal; both are fossil fuels which are oftenly being burned.

  3. pollution THIS SMOKES POLLUTE THE WORLD

  4. SOLUTIONS FOR THE GLOBAL WARMING • DO NOT THROW PAPERS ON THE FLOOR. • RECYCLE EVERY PAPER WE DON´T NEED. • DO NOT CUT TREES. • DO NOT USE SPRAY (DEODORANT, ETC). • DO NOT BUY STYROPHOME.

  5. This help´s the global warming. Eolic energy

  6. Earth as we know it—coasts, forests, farms and snow-capped mountains—is in the balance.

  7. Global WarmingEffects

  8. Arctic and antartic In less than 50 years there will be no poles .

  9. Animals in the ártic and antártic They are in trouble !!! Why?

  10. The Poles are melting The ice is the habitat of the Polar bear … Polar bears in trouble and no home Krill disappearing

  11. Poles melting!! • In the poles there will be no more ice. • The bears will die since they can only live where there is ice.

  12. Effects On Global Warming Artic and Antarctic

  13. Melting poles • Sea level has risen more than 120 meters since the peak of the last ice age about 18,000 years ago.

  14. How? Sea level rise =product of global warming=expansion of sea water as the oceans warm and melting of ice.

  15. Rising level of water

  16. Melting

  17. Causes and effects

  18. The green house effect • Look, this is the famous “green house effect”

  19. Here you can have a look…

  20. What Project you can do with your class to stop Global Warming.

  21. Some help from friends A good project to stop global warming would be opening a blog… • Start a web page with your friends “blog”with some friends, public the page, the people who enter will give you a great amount of ideas we can make together. • Lets do it!!!

  22. Recycling! • Recycling bottles and plastic objects is very important. And the best of this is that ALL the world can participate, never throw a bottle to the bin cause the plastic take many many years to disintegrate. Instead of plastic use paper

  23. What can we do to save Global Warming? Recycle School People Family Friends Friends Family Friends Family Family Friends Friends Family Family Friends friends Family

  24. Slow the Flow When purchasing a new vehicle, consider finding a car that gets more miles to the gallon than your current vehicle, and match the vehicle to your needs. The potential carbon dioxide reduction for a car that gets 32 miles per gallon is 5,600 pounds per year.

  25. The very end… • Thanks for helping us !!!
