This study explores the effects of urethane on serum ORAC levels in rats fed different MAK diets (MAK-4, MAK-5, and MAK-4+5). Over a time course of 0, 3, 7, 14, 30, and 60 days, serum samples were collected and analyzed for antioxidant capacity expressed in Units/ml. The findings aim to elucidate how varying dietary compositions interact with urethane's effects on oxidative stress markers. The results may have implications for dietary recommendations and understanding Urethane's biological impact over time.
