  3. Getting There • Sign up today or sign up on website. • Ehrman’s will take care of making your dock reservation for you. • Dockage rate is $1.50/foot • You will pay the marina directly for your dockage after you arrive • You will be able to check in with Customs toll free upon arrival

  4. Leamington Municipal Marina

  5. Friday • Approximately 1800 hours meet on the dock with fellow members • Bring an hors d’oeuvre to share • BYOB • Plates, napkins and silverware provided • If foul weather, meet on Ehrman’s boat.

  6. Saturday Not yet decided. Unknown what the Marina has planned. We will contact you by email as soon as we know. This is the Marina’s 25 anniversary so it will be special. Don’t miss it!

  7. Sunday • Last chance to enjoy breakfast on the flower filled patio • BYOB—bring your own breakfast or purchase 4-5 item continental breakfast with Big Breakfast voucher from Marina for $4.50 CDN • Check out time is 1200.

  8. DON’T FORGET • Your documents! (I-68, passport, ID, customs decal) • You are not in the USA despite the negligible currency exchange rate. Credit cards are fine. • Jim’s cell phone is 330-697-8878 • Marina phone is 888-858-3334 • Report to Customs in Canada and US

  9. DETAILS • Ehrman’s will email you this power point and attachments after you register • Charge for the event is $8.00 per person • Please be prepared to pay the Ehrman’s either by check or exact US cash upon arrival • We will have fun regardless of wind, waves, rain, or other bad stuff.
