Those resources may include financial, emotional mental, spiritual, physical, support systems, relationships, knowledge of hidden class rules, and coping strategies. Dr. Ruby Payne (A Framework for Understanding Poverty, 1996) • You are invited to: • Join a community-wide conversation to help improve our community’s quality of life. • Work with others to create an action plan to meet our community’s needs. • Help everyone on the Reservation achieve quality of life.
