The Queen of Serpents. Pasaka. Egle discovers a se rpent in her clothes. The serpent urges her to marry it and she agrees. Savo drabužiuose Eglė randa žaltį. Jis reikalauja už jo tekėti ir Eglė sutinka. The serpent takes Egle away from her home. Žaltys išsiveža Eglę iš jos namų.

  2. Egle discovers a serpent in her clothes. The serpenturgesher to marry it and sheagrees. Savo drabužiuose Eglė randa žaltį. Jis reikalauja už jo tekėti ir Eglė sutinka.

  3. The serpent takes Egle awayfromherhome. Žaltys išsiveža Eglę iš jos namų.

  4. Theymoveunder the water to the castle where the serpentturnsinto a handsome prince calledZilvinas. Jie atvyksta į pilį po vandeniu, kur žaltys pavirsta nuostabiu princu Žilvinu.

  5. Egle givesbirth to fourchildren. Eglė susilaukia keturių vaikų.

  6. One day Egle decides to visit herrelatives on land. Vieną dieną Eglė nusprendžia aplankyti giminaičius žemėje.

  7. Herrelativesdonotwant to let Egle goback to Zilvinas. Giminaičiai nenori paleisti Eglės atgal pas Žilviną.

  8. Silvinas dies of sorrow. Žilvinas miršta.

  9. Egle is so unhappy that turns herself and her children into trees. Eglė ir jos vaikai iš sielvarto pavirsta medžiais.
