continuously • Def.)Uninterrupted • (Adj)Ex) My y brother talks continuously, without interruptions, which makes it hard to actually have a conversation with him.

restrain • Def.)to hold back • Ex.) My mom has to restrain our dog when people come over since he gets way too excited. (V)
inhibit • Def.) to forbid or restrain. • I was watering my horses when all of a sudden the water stopped flowing because of a kink in the hose. The kink inhibited, or stopped, the water from flowing.
