  2. How to make Fringe? Step 1.) Cut a piece of cardboard a little longer than the length of Fringe you want. Step2.)Wind yarn around cardboard. Step3.)Cut through one end. Step4.)Tie a length of yarn through center. Step5.)Fold in half and fluff. Step6.)Tie another piece of yarn around the tassel about ½ inch down. Step7.)Pull the top yarn through the end of the scarf with a crochet hoof.

Spaghetti Fringe This is made with just one strand in the knot, and the knots are usually spaced very close together Double Knot Fringe First work a complete row of Single Knot Fringe, then using half the strands from one knot and half the strands from the next knot, tie a row of knots about 1 1/2” below the first row
