Advanced Tree Breeding Tools and Data Upload for Enhanced Germplasm Adaptation

Explore the latest tree breeding tools available to breeding programs, including the ability to upload ADEPT2 phenotypes to TerraC and genetic variant data to TreeGenes. Our focus is on better-adapted germplasm through the collection of more phenotypic data on ADEPT2. Current genotyping experiments are underway at Virginia Tech (VT), North Carolina State University (NCSU), Texas A&M University (TAMU), and the University of Florida (UF), with genotype sequencing complete and data analysis ongoing. Access genetic variant data, including SNPs in VCF files.
