  3. How did we get here? • Presented the Polycom pricing to the TRITON Board • Ordered the Polycom units • Configured the Polycom units • Tested the HPLL WAN

  6. Port 4 or 7 on the outside of the blue box

  7. 1 x 1 Straight through HPLL WAN

  8. 1 X 1 through a local network

  9. 1 X 1 through a local network

  10. Security?? • The WAN is an open connection • An option would be installing a firewall • Another option is VLAN

  11. 1 X 1 local network firewall

  12. Multiplexing with a VSX 7000

  13. 1 X 3 Connection through the MCU (State Wide Scheduler)

  15. Configuring the Polycom units • Language setting • Country setting • Give the unit a name (CESA 8) • Add in the IP address (10.184.10.50) • Add the Gateway address (10.184.10.49) • Add the Subnet address (255.255.255.248)

  16. Configuring the Polycom units • Change Quality of Service Settings • System • Admin Settings • Network • IP • Quality of Service • Next • Uncheck Dynamic Bandwidth • Set Maximum Transmit Bandwidth to 384 • Set Maximum Receive Bandwidth to 384
