  2. Migration & Move Migration and move occurs when an end user changes to a new Local Service Provider and moves to a new physical address at the same time. Q w e s t W h o l e s a l e M a r k e t s

Migration & Move Timeline • Prior to December 2001 – Two LSR’s required for migrate and move activity. • On December 1, 2001 – Manual interim process implemented, allowing migrate and move activity on a single LSR. • On November 18, 2002 (IMA 11.0) – New mechanized process for migrate and move activity will be implemented.   4. Migrate & Move – Two LSRs • One LSR to change the end user’s Local Service Provider • One LSR to move the end user to a new physical address Q w e s t W h o l e s a l e M a r k e t s

  5. M & M Interim Process • One LSR for migrate and move activity • Conversion ‘as specified’/DL (ACT=V) • Manual Indicator of ‘Y’ • Remarks contain the end user’s new address and an indication of the end user move Q w e s t W h o l e s a l e M a r k e t s

  6. Mechanized Migrate & Move • Effective November 18, 2002 (IMA 11.0) • One LSR required for migrate and move activity • EUMI (End User Move Indicator) field on the EU (End User) form will identify a move with a migration Q w e s t W h o l e s a l e M a r k e t s
