  2. CLASS DETAILS • NO OF STUDENTS – 29 • PROJECT STARTING DATE:- 16/04/2012 • PROJECT ENDING DATE: [APPROX] 28/02/13

  3. MY GOALS • To make them conscious about Listening • To develop habit of Listening • To convert their Listening habit into Speaking fluently

  4. My Observation Listening actually effected by CONCENTRATION KNOWLEDGE INTEREST

  5. BASELINE DATA • KNOWLEDGE OF SUBJECT • STYLE OF LEARNING • SITTING ARRANGMENT • STYLE OF INSTRUCTION GIVEN • DAILY PRACTICE • According to me points given above are mostly effecting children’s concentration, interest in subject and digesting knowledge about the subject.

  6. MY STRATEGIES Allowing them to seat in their comfort area in initial level will help them to follow instructions for academics part including activities more.

  7. Providing them chance to share their views in front of their classmates whether grammatically it is correct or not to make them comfortable with new classroom atmosphere.

  8. More instructions based activites based on MI RBT in starting

  9. STYLE OF INSTRUCTIONS • As we all know that every learner is different. • Some are confident about activities and the others are comfortable with verbal and immediate instructions.

  10. THESE LITTLE ONES ARE NOT VERY MUCH FOND OF CONTINUE AND SAME METHOD. SOMETIMES I HAVE TO PROVIDE THEM OTHER READING MATERIAL THAN THEIR REGUALR STUDIES. THERE ARE TWO BENEFITS OF IT. ONE THEY ENJOY READING NEW BOOKS AND SECOND IT HELPS THEM TO DEVELOP THEIR VOCABULARY AS WELL AS INCREASE THE NUMBERS OF WORDS IN THEIR WORD BANK.

  11. WE NEED TO PROVIDE THEM CHANCE TO UTILIZE THEIR KNOWLEDGE THROUGH DISCUSSION AND VOCABULARY BASED ACTIVITES WHERE THEY ONLY INSTRUCT AND ASK QUESTIONS TO EACH OTHER.

  12. AFTER SIX MONTHS

  13. NOW, GRADUALLY THEY ARE HABITUAL OF THEIR CLASSROOM LEARNING STYLE AND MOST OF THEM CAME OUT OF THEIR SHYNESS. THEY NOW NEED TO OBSERVE AND TRY TO IMPLEMENT INSTRUCTIONS HAPPENING WITH OUT TEACHER’S INITIATIVE TO DEVELOP THEIR LISTENING CAPACITY. THEY CAN EITHER USE TECHNOLOGY OR OTHER STUDY MATERIAL TO SPEAK FLUENTLY.

  14. AS WE ALL KNOW DIFFERENT STRATAGIES WORKS AT DIFFERENT TIMES. BASIC THOUGHT IS TO MAKE THEM AWARE OF LISTENING SKILLS EITHER VISUALLY OR VERBALY. PROVIDING THEM MORE OPPORTUNITIES IS ONE OF THE METHOD WHERE THEY CAN UNDERSTAND IMPORTANCE OF LISTENING WHICH IS REQUIRE FOR THEIR GOOD AND FLUENT SPEAKING ALSO.

  15. MY CONCLUSION • LAST BUT NOT LEAST • STRONG BELIEVE IN MYSELF AND IN MY FLOWERS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF MY RESEARCH. IF WE HAVE FAITH AND TRUST IN EACH OTHER WE WILL SURELY LEARN AND IMPROVE STEP WISE. • WHAT I SAW MY BABIES INITIALLY AND WHAT ARE THEY NOW IS PLEASURE FOR ME. • WE BELIEVE IN EACH OTHER THAT WE WILL GET SLOW BUT FIRM AND LONG TERM SUCCESS. • AS WE ALL HAVE SEEN THEIR MAGIC DURING ANNUAL DAY WHICH WAS NOT POSSIBLE WITHOUT CONTINUES AND POSITIVE FOLLOW UP OF INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY TEACHERS AND THEIR OWN THINKING.
