ANNAPURNA EXCHANGE PROGRAM HCI Annapurna Exchange is a two-way exchange program aimed at professionals who are directly or indirectly involved in the management of foodservices in health care worldwide. This is an exciting development for hospital caterers, giving you the opportunity to learn from overseas colleagues and to share best practices.
