Page 3 • Deliver better services to our customers and staff • Staff feedback - current systems are clunky/don’t meet business needs • There are over 100 fragmented technology applications (HR, admin etc) • Can’t consolidate data easily - internal, State and Federal reporting • Current systems over 15 years old - costly, complicated, not integrated • Current systems not meeting current/future needs • Current systems are failing Page 3
