CHANGE 2 Early Alert/Early Warning Reorganization Faculty Ad Hoc Committee Early warning for at risk: academics (missed assignments, failed quizzes or exams, failure to participate), social adjustment, attendance, drop, other Attendance Philosophy-Don’t Miss Class
CHANGE 3 Restructuring of Developmental Reading Addition of a Second Reading Level. DS 103 Reading Skills I DS 123 Reading Skills II C grade with appropriate exit score to progress to second level) (Changes made based on CPI of DWFs)
CHANGE 4 Supplemental Reading and Writing Labs (1 credit each) Developmental English EH 1013 and EH1023 –one extra hour per week for writing practice and development Developmental ReadingDS 103 and DS123-two hours extra per week in programmed reading practice
