What is our community doing to realize the vision? • Many quality organizations, programs, and initiatives, but still gaps and overlaps • Relevance of Equity Commission Report • Issues still ring true, but the recommendations are not specific enough to be actionable • Opportunity to develop a shared vision, framework, set of indicators that will guide targeted strategies and actions
