This week's NSAC Tip emphasizes the "One Glove Rule" which applies only to blue and gray gloves. This technique allows for effective sample handling while maintaining hygiene. When working with samples, one hand should remain gloved to handle the samples, while the other hand, which is ungloved, can be used for tasks such as opening doors or handling non-contaminated surfaces. For any questions or comments, please contact Stephen Jurss at sejurss@purdue.edu or Ron Reger at rreger@purdue.edu.
