TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR HEALTHCARE TOGETHER, WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS • WHO WE ARE • Performance Health - TPA located in Westlake, Ohio • Offering Small and Mid-Size Group Level Funded Plans • Dedicated Client Service Team • Unique and creative reinsurance programs (save you money and help control costs and • protect the employer) • On-Line Portal, Monthly Reporting, Quarterly Reviews, Imbedded/Unique Programs for Prescription, Wellness, Pricing Transparency and more • WHAT IT IS • Small and Mid-Size Group Level Funding – Program that has the stability of being fully insured (stable monthly budget amount) and flexibility and creativity of being self-funded (monthly maximum is capped and the group gets 100% of any unused claims dollars back) • Partially Self-Funding – more traditional self-funding model but with protections built in for the employer • Replaces your current fully insured program with a Level Funded Program where you max fund and can get a refund of any unused claim dollars • HOW IT WORKS • Employer funds the monthly maximum, which includes Administrative Costs, Reinsurance Premiums and Claims • The amount is capped with the reinsurance protection • We process claims and provide reporting to show the group how they are operating • If the group has a surplus they get 100% of it back, if there is a deficit the reinsurance carrier funds it (the employer only funds the fixed monthly maximum)
