As Testing Specialist, it is my responsibility to maintain the integrity of the Virginia Accountability System and all related functions for the school division which consists of 26,000+ students. After graduating in 1998, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Elementary Education from the University of Maryland, I began my educational career as an elementary school teacher in Baltimore City Public Schools. I have since taught elementary and middle school children in the great state of Virginia. (Third grade will always be my favorite!) In 2003, I earned my Master’s Degree in Supervision and Administration from Regent University. From 2004 to 2006 I served as an Elementary school Assistant Principal.
