Tele Marketing – Activities Involved • During Event • Business cards are collected, scanned & sent to our team for further collation • Customer feedback forms are scanned and shared with us for identifying leads • Post Event • Broad cast “Thank you” Edm to the Registered Customers • Update Master Database with new Customer details & contacts • Format & consolidate filled Customer feedback forms & present key event statistics Pre Event • Identify sources to build the database • Database Cleanup (Identify Customer Contacts, email & phone numbers) • Check for Duplicates to finalize net new contactable Customer Master list • Set a target (required number of registrations, leads – Actual Business Opportunities) • Broadcast Edms • ET/Registration reports are shared on status of opens, clicks, Hard / Soft bounces, Details of customers who have registered etc

OpsManage ANZ 2011 - Tele Marketing Activities Identify Sources to build the focused Database • Salesforce.com • Earlier Event – Customer Business cards Database Cleanup Collate data from various sources and different formats into the standard Salesforce template, Identify Customer Contacts, Email IDs, Industry segmentation, Phone numbers & check for duplicates

OpsManage ANZ 2011 - Tele Marketing Activities EDM Broadcast through Exact Target • Upload Invitees database & EDM Codes into the Exact Target Tool • Send multiple test emails to enable quality check on content, design & links before the final broadcast to the Customers. • Average of 4 to 6 test mails are sent before executing the final broadcast. Registration Report Download registration details from Starcite and validate data. Prepare summary report of total registered along with track details and email to Angie on a regular basis.

Prepare a graphical representation of the survey and share it with the ANZ Marketing team. Track & respond to Customers requesting for presentations shown in the event.

  24. SIOP/Compass Report Create the monthly SIOP/Compass report for ANZ and consolidate the same with the APAC Opportunity tracker with detailed classification by LoB/New Lead/Lead Acceleration and further conduct reconciliation of the same with Compass report to identify variance.
