  2. Practical Legal Training @ ANU • Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (GDLP) • Required for admission to practice qualification • When finished GDLP you can be admitted but also can within 2 years opt in to do a Masters in LP program with only 4 subjects to go as the GDLP counts towards it

  8. Placement and Electives It’s about flexibility and choice • 20 days = 5 elective courses • 40 days = 4 elective courses • 60 days = 3 elective courses • 80 days = 2 elective courses

Electives It’s your course • Family Law • Consumer Law • Employment and Industrial Practice • Administrative Law • Government Law* • Planning and Environment • Wills and Estates • Banking and Finance * If you wish to take the Government Law elective, you must undertake a minimum of 3 elective courses

  12. MLP Completion courses Stay with us to achieve a Masters • Once you’ve completed your GDLP component & admitted if you miss study! You’re only 4 courses (24 units) from your Masters degree • You can choose courses to specialise in an area of law that you are passionate about • You can complete the courses online
