Community Engagement and Involvement Ways to increase community engagement: • Continuum of Care (CoC) – develop a document showing community wide funding sources • Coordinated Entry System (CES) – prioritized referrals for program availability • Faith Based Organizations – utilize their funds to assist with gaps in service and funding • Collaborative Outreach – Examples: 8 Mile border with CHN, NSO, SOS, and Ferndale PD. Macomb County Community Mental Health and CHN outreach
