Terms of Coverage • Policy Term – • Physicians – • Corporation – • Allied Healthcare Professionals – • License Investigation Coverage Limits • $25,000 per hearing / $75,000 aggregate per physician • $250,000 group aggregate • Locum Tenens – No charge if replacing physician and sharing physicians limit • Extended Reporting Period Endorsement (“Tail”) – No charge if physician dies, becomes disabled or fully retires from the practice of medicine at any age and has been insured with FLDIC for at least three (3) years. • FLDIC will grant ten (--) Free Tails which are vested immediately
