  4. Franchised Out Lets- Basic features • Only counter services • Linking arrangements to be provided by franchisee • Services for a minimum defined time - may be extended round the clock

  5. Franchised Out Lets- Basic features • Services offered are • Sale of stamps and stationery • Booking RL,SP,MO, e-post etc • PLI • BD products • Retail product • Any other service

  16. Franchised Out Lets- Operating procedure • Daily report sent to LPO in FO-1 in duplicate, carbon copy retained in Franchised Out let • Net cash collected after deducting eligible commission remitted to LPO personally or authorized person
