2. Plumber’s Helper Training Program QBI, The Training Institute, Inc. (QBITTI) is licensed by the New York State Education Department: Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision.

3. Plumber’s Helper Training Program The Plumber’s Helper Training Program is designed to teach students, with little or no previous experience, the skills necessary to become an entry-level plumber.

4. Plumber’s Helper Training Program Students interested in this program must have hands-on skills, the ability to distinguish between colors, Little or no mobility restrictions, and the ability to both climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
