  2. PROPANE AUTOGAS

  3. PROPANE AUTOGAS AutoGas is: • Proven: • Over 14.6 million vehicles worldwide run on propane AutoGas • The 3rd most widely used vehicle fuel in the world behind conventional gasoline and diesel • Clean: • A green, clean burning alternative fuel • Substantially reduces vehicle carbon emissions without sacrificing performance • Approved alternative fuel listed in the Clean Air Act (1990) and the Energy Policy Act (1992) • Reliable: • A readily available domestic fuel • Over 90% AutoGas used in the U.S. is produced domestically, ensuring availability • Economical: • Historically much less expensive than conventional gasoline or diesel

  4. CLEAN • Vehicles running on AutoGas instead of conventional gasoline show significant reductions in greenhouse gas and other harmful emissions. • Running a fleet on propane AutoGas means lowered emissions. Your fleet will be Green. • 16% reduction in Carbon Dioxide • 28% reduction in Carbon Monoxide • 35.6% reduction in Hydrocarbons • 3.7% reduction in NOx 4

  5. RELIABLE: DOMESTICALLY PRODUCED Around 90% of propane AutoGas is produced here in the U.S., reducing our dependence on foreign oil. 5

  6. RELIABLE: AUTOGAS VEHICLES Compared to other alternative fuel vehicles: • Converting a vehicle to run on propane AutoGas is much less expensive than other conversion costs or the purchase of a new hybrid or alternative fuel vehicle • The miles/gallon range of propane is typically 85-90% that of conventional gasoline • AutoGas offers comparable performance to conventional gasoline or diesel • AutoGas vehicles show improved engine life as well as decreased vehicle maintenance

  7. COST SAVINGS Fuel Cost Savings Historically, propane AutoGas costs less than gasoline or diesel, and is more insulated from the price spikes that conventional fuels experience. Cost of Conversion and Additional Savings The cost of conversion is dependent upon the type of vehicle (car, van, or truck) being converted and the number of vehicles in the fleet. • Gasoline to AutoGas conversion costs approximately $5,800.00 • Potential for state, municipal and federal grants and tax incentives • Aftermarket conversion means companies can run their existing fleet on propane AutoGas without the costly expense of new vehicle purchase Because AutoGas has a higher octane rating and burns cleaner than gasoline, AutoGas Hybrid Vehicles experience: • Less-frequent Oil Changes • Increased Engine Life • Lowered associated vehicle downtime

  8. BENEFITS REVISITED

  9. ALLLIANCE AUTOGAS IS A national network of partners, including: • Alliance AutoGasCertified Conversion Centers • Provide vehicle conversions • Blossman Gas, the largest independent propane company in the U.S. • Fueling network and infrastructure • American Alternative Fuels, international alternative fuel system specialists • EPA Certification, vehicle conversion system, training, technical support • Premier Equipment Providers • Fuel tank, fuel dispenser • Propane Retailers • Fuel provision, nationwide Did you know? Clean, economical propane AutoGas is the most widely used alternative fuel in the world. 9

  10. OUR MODEL • We Provide: • Turn-key vehicle conversion, from equipment to installation • On-site fueling infrastructure(AutoGas station(s) at fleet base and a network of public AutoGas stations) • Year-round propane AutoGas fuel delivery to AutoGas station(s) • Safety training for fleet personnel and ongoing technical support 10

  11. OUR CONVERSION SYSTEM Bi-fuel system benefits • Starts on conventional gasoline at ignition and immediately switches to AutoGas • If unable to reach fleet base or AutoGas station, the driver may switch back to the vehicle’s conventional gasoline fuel supply with just the touch of a button • This versatility is critical for fleets who cannot risk operating on a single alternative fuel to which they may not always have access • Because the AAF – Prins AutoGas system is laid in without replacing the OEM gasoline fueling system, manufacturers’ engine warranties are not effected Transferability • AAF – Prins AutoGas conversion kits can be transferred from one vehicle to another of the same make and model • Accordingly, fleets with high vehicle turnover can save substantially on conversion hard costs when AutoGas vehicles are retired and replaced

  12. OUR CONVERSION SYSTEM – SAFETY Safety The AAF – Prins VSI system has multiple safety features that make it superior to conventional gasoline: • The Reducer, and the fuel line into the Reducer, have lock-off valves and pressure sensors that automatically detect any drop in pressure and shut down the propane AutoGas supply at the tank until pressure stabilizes • Vehicles automatically operate on conventional gasoline in the event that declining pressure in the system is detected • Unlike conventional gasoline, which may continue to leak in the event of an accident, propane AutoGas supply is immediately shut off if a pressure drop is detected • Propane AutoGas vehicle tanks are tested to 4X the standard operating pressure • The DOT-certified tanks Alliance AutoGas uses are more puncture-resistant than conventional gasoline, methanol or ethanol vehicle tanks

  13. SUPPORT & RELIABILITY Alliance AutoGas provides the ongoing support to keep clean fleets on-track and fully functional: • Aftermarket AA+ Rated Warranty: 3-years/36,000 mi. • With option for warranty extension • Technical & Maintenance Support • Ongoing Safety Support • Full Customer Service Reliability: At the Core of Alliance AutoGas • Our conversion system is provided by American Alternative Fuel, the sole North American distributor of the Prins VSI System • The Prins VSI System from Alliance AutoGas is efficient, proven and backed by both a warranty and a nationwide network of support providers • Our fueling solution relies on Blossman Gas’ decades of experience and expansive fueling infrastructure • Plus a network of other propane retailers to provide full, nationwide coverage 13

  16. ADDITIONAL BENEFITS Reduced Vehicle Maintenance • Propane AutoGas has a very high octane rating of 105, which improves engine life and overcomes the lower BTU rating of AutoGas compared to gasoline • Vehicles powered by AutoGas require fewer oil changes and general engine maintenance. Peace of Mind with AutoGas Hybrid • Multiple fuel tanks provide varying ranges • Hybrid system provides peace-of-mind for fleet operators and managers in the event of driver inability to access AutoGas fueling station 16

  17. FLEETS

  18. ALLIANCE FLEETS Propane AutoGas is an ideal alternative to conventional gasoline in a variety of fleet applications including: • Municipal and state fleets • Taxis and limousines • Law enforcement vehicles • Shuttle services • Utility vehicles • Light duty service vehicles • Delivery vehicles • Countless additional fleet applications

  25. AUTOGAS FUELING SYSTEM DETAILS 25

  26. AUTOGAS FUELING SYSTEM DETAILS A Safe System • Propane AutoGas is a safe, proven alternative fuel • Propane AutoGas vehicle tanks are tested to 4X their standard operating pressure • Properly installed AutoGas vehicle fuel tanks can actually add to the structural integrity of a vehicle • The on-site AutoGas fueling station has a lock-off valve that automatically shuts off the flow of propane AutoGas at the tank if any pressure drop is detected anywhere throughout the system • Propane AutoGas is flammable but has a much narrower flammability range than gasoline making unintentional combustion unlikely

  27. OUR MODEL REVISITED • Integrated turnkey solution • Conversion to a certified, dynamic hybrid system • An expansive fueling network and access to the extensive national propane AutoGas infrastructure • A wide variety of supported fleet vehicle models • Training, ongoing technical support and customer service 27
