  7. Great things will continue to happen at Rose Hill, but not by accident or by chance. Great things happen to congregations that create and maintain a clear vision for their mission and ministry. Surely you’ve noticed how some churches just seem to survive while others not only survive, they thrive! The experts in church growth say that churches whose ministry has the greatest impact on the lives of its members and its community are those with a solid and clear vision of: 1) who they are, 2) what they hope to accomplish, and 3) where they believe God is leading them into the future.

  8. At Rose Hill, we’re blessed with elders who want us to thrive. Accordingly, they urge each of our members here to dream about what we’d like Rose Hill to be and do. In the next couple of weeks, we’re going to openly talk about those hopes and dreams. And then, together as a church family, we’re going to develop a grand vision for 2012 and beyond. Please be seriously thinking and praying about these things. With all my heart, I believe more and more exciting things are coming to Rose Hill!
