  1. Workplace Safety Training to Maintain A Civilised Environment No reason, absolutely no reason should be allowed to surface to shadow the motive of workplace violence! The excuses can be plenty, but the solution will always be indifferent, to curb it down! Calm your horses, put a knuckle on your mouth and focus on the 1st of every month. With regular jobs, regular occupational hazards and arguments are bound to happen. Wait, what? Are we giving up? Is there no way to ensure that workplace will never become the fish market? Unless of course you’re working in the stock exchange. Well, there’s a will, then there’s a way. Without the need, learning will never take place. There are total four types of workplace violence that are widely regarded as aftermaths of anger outbursts or derogatory remarks. Let’s discuss each one of them to know why preventive workplace violence training is imperative to deal with them: Type One: Criminal Intent Where the action/reaction is made to appear as impulsive, but the way proceedings have taken place, seem to indicate otherwise. The perpetrator can be an outsider and in the worst case scenario, it can also be an inside job. The motive can be theft, hurt or trespassing which can be kept/revealed/stopped on the basis of will of the concerned person at the job. To ensure the safety of your employees, sign up for all customizable workplace violence training. Type Two: Client/Customer This type of complication generally surfaces within or outside the premises of social services and healthcare services providers. They are almost 5 times more susceptible to this offence than the private sector employees. The sole cause of mishap directed towards the designated worker is the client or customer. But, as the clients are to be considered as God, hence, most of the times, they easily get away with their misgivings. Type Three: Worker to Worker Envy, greed, and, sloth are the major causes behind such incidents. We can not eradicate all three with the help of workplace safety training as it’s entirely dependent on the listening capabilities of the employees and their will to change for the better. In such cases, even severe consequences shouldn’t be hold back, so that order of the rule is equal, accessible and applied on all. Type Four: Ideological Violence The main cause behind every type of violence in the world. Should enjoy top priority in your listicle of potential hazards.
