  2. Minazani Lodge is truly a peaceful, magic elegant but minimalist place set in 15 hectares of fully fenced land in the middle of the jungle. Located just 2 km from the beautiful beaches of Watamu and Malindi in a beautiful jungle setting.

  3. There are private detached cottages which can be inter-communicating, each fully equipped and fitted with furniture designed in local style.

  4. Double rooms with annex service room, kitchen, living room and patio.

  5. Services Power system and equipped with independent switch and counter plus 2 generators 200 kw. Three independent wells of sweet water with automatic switch pump and integrated ground system water for garden irrigation. Main entrance gate with annex askari's house (name for local security), reception and stores.

  6. Swimming pool, Italian restaurant seating 50 with Italian kitchen furniture and equipment with lounge area, pizza oven and and grill in Italian design.

  7. Gardens The garden has around 300 native palm trees, many tamarind and other wild trees, green areas with footpaths and pavements in local stone.

  8. Viewing Arrangements Viewing is strictly by appointment with the selling agents Pavilions of Splendour International Inc. Letter of Interest & Proof of funds is required for a viewing appointment.
