  4. Accessing Faculty Evaluations(Student View)

  5. Question: Should we allow a student to unselect a faculty if he/she had started (saved) an evaluation for that faculty? Clicking this button will bring the student back to previous page to make change selection. Any faculty that cannot be changed will be grayed out.

  6. Faculty Evaluation Reports

  7. List of all faculty • N = total number of students who evaluated the faculty • Yes/No = how many of these students selected Yes and No • These questions are Yes/No questions at the end of the evaluation form
