  1. PREgnancy-associated progression of chronic kidney DIsease: development of a Clinical predictive Tool Kate Bramham

  2. Background Risk estimates regarding pregnancy associated Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) progression are: • Based on outdated studies that are not taking into account contemporary practice • Not individual personalised risk estimates Aims • To develop a predictive tool to estimate the degree of pregnancy-associated progression in women with CKD in an international multicentre cohort study • To externally validate and refine the predictive tool in individual patient data sets from different population cohorts

  3. Model Development Preliminary Model Development Model Validation Model Estimated ~ 900 Pregnancies ~45,000 Pregnancies Pregnancy Adaptations In Renal disease Study PREKID Pre- Eclampsia And Chronic Hypertension, rEnal and SLE CKD 3-5 Obstetric Renal Disease Collaboration

  4. Model Development Preliminary Model Development Model Validation Model Estimated ~ 900 Pregnancies ~45,000 Pregnancies Pregnancy Adaptations In Renal disease Study PREKID Pre- Eclampsia And Chronic Hypertension, rEnal and SLE CKD 3-5 Obstetric Renal Disease Collaboration

  5. New Study(ies) • Data linkage with RaDaR and Hospital Episode Statistics planned • For Pregnancy CKD Cohort • For ALL other RaDaR Cohorts • Current literature for most rare diseases - case reports/ case series • Unique opportunity to provide information about pregnancy risk for women with Rare Renal Diseases
