Background Risk estimates regarding pregnancy associated Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) progression are: • Based on outdated studies that are not taking into account contemporary practice • Not individual personalised risk estimates Aims • To develop a predictive tool to estimate the degree of pregnancy-associated progression in women with CKD in an international multicentre cohort study • To externally validate and refine the predictive tool in individual patient data sets from different population cohorts
