EBLC Mission To collaborate as retailers and suppliers to jointly design and execute eCommerce strategy that is focused on building shopper loyalty and drives ROI for both the manufacturer and retailer. Our goal is to evaluate and define eCommerce and omni-channel strategy to address eCommerce challenges in the Consumer Products Industry and develop standards of success. Through our engagement we will develop and share best practices, create and test standards & generate KPI’s for the industry.

EBLC Break-Out Session • Break-out session rules: • Everyone’s views are needed and important, share the floor • There are no right or wrong answers • Please turn off phones • Break-out process: • We are not trying to achieve consensus. Instead we are: • Gathering ideas • Developing priorities • Goal: To learn the unique needs and challenges for eCommerce and document best practices, standards and KPI’s.
