  4. Where I need improvement. • upper body strength • Push ups • Pull ups

  5. How to improve • Push ups before bed. • Consume more calcium. • Dips. • Lift weight as gym. • Run more, lose fat.

  6. The FITT Principle Frequency: How often you exercise. Intensity: How hard you workout. Time: How long you exercise. Type: Type of activity your doing.

Many diseases are associated with obesity. • Exercise helps you maintain your coordination and balance. That can help you avoid disability and problems as you get older.
