  2. Goals/Objectives Showcase some of my favorite free creation based web tools and how you can utilize them in a classroom or library. Each app or website showcased will bring something new to yourclassroom or library. These web tools can be used as final products for student research or help in creating makerspaces in your library.

  4. Lino http://en.linoit.com/ Create an online sticky board to share notes, pictures, links, etc.

  5. iBrainstorm http://www.ibrainstormapp.com iBrainstorm and lino are very similar. iBrainstorm offers a few extra tools for the students to really get creative.

  6. Instagrok http://www.instagrok.com Graphical concept maps show how ideas connect.

  7. Popplet http://popplet.com Similar to instagrok. In place of generating the web with its on information students input content.

  9. Voice Recordings *Chirbit http://www.chirbit.com/ *Vocaroo http://vocaroo.com/ **Create a short voice recording that can be shared via link or QR.

  11. Easel.ly http://www.easel.ly/ Create infographics and anchor charts.

  12. Thinglink Create interactive images! A new spin on posters! Students can create a poster with active links. Also an app in which educators can create a free class. https://www.thinglink.com

  13. HSTRY https://www.hstry.co One of my favorite timeline creation websites. Students can add in text, pictures, videos, sound clips. One of the things I love the most is that students can add a “Did you know” area and create their own quiz within their timeline.

  14. Powtoon http://www.powtoon.com/ Create a free animated cartoon movie! Can use pre-made templates or create own with variety of elements to add!

  15. iBuildApp There are so many apps out in the world, wouldn’t it be cool for your students to make their own app. iBuildApp is a free tool where students can build an app! ibuildapp.com

  16. Blabberize http://blabberize.com/ Create a talking picture! Use a still shot and add a mouth or mouths to make a movie!

  17. emaze http://app.emaze.com/mypresentations#explore Looking for a way other than iMovie for students to create and share their work. emaze allows students to create their own gallery walk set up a free account and begin creating a 3D walk through. All you need is an email address and your in!

  18. Smore.com https://www.smore.com Students can create flyers to share their work. Text, images, videos, web links, and QR codes can all be added.

  19. Tackk https://tackk.com/5m1mzr Tackk is very similar to Smore. Students add images and text to create a flyer demonstrating new knowledge learned. Offers class sharing

  20. Organization How do I keep up with it all?

  21. Educlipper https://educlipper.net Great place for teachers and students to create bookmark boards. Easily shared with students and colleagues.

  22. Google keep Great for note taking on the go, records voice memos, creates list, stores pictures, dates, etc. Syncs with your Google Drive within in seconds. Colors to help keep different information organized. Archives list and photos for you with easy search.

  23. evernote Digital file cabinet, note-taking tool, daily journal, task or project management system, recipe-keeper, and more. Evernote can quickly turn photos and scanned pics into notes—and also decipher the text in those photos. Evernote's Web Clipperextension makes it extremely easy to save Web content to Evernote notebooks. It's also simple to save webpages on Android and iOS to Evernote.
