  2. Multi-Family BPA’s Sector delineation: • Residential multifamily buildings are less than three stories. • Commercial if residential multifamily building higher than three stories.

  3. BPA Unrestricted Measures in the PTR • Compact Fluorescent Lights • Energy Star Appliances • High Efficiency Electric Water Heaters • Showerheads • Pipe Wrap (at water heater)

  4. BPA Multi-Family Specific Measures in the PTR • Shell Measures (i.e., attic, wall, floor insulation and windows up grades) • Waste Water Heat Recovery (i.e., GFX heat exchanger) For Multi-Family Low Rise New Construction (fewer than 5 units and 4 floors)

  5. Multi-Family Custom Projects • Multi-Family High Rise New Construction (more than 4 units and 3 floors) • Multiple Multi-Family Measures in one project

  6. Multi-Family Measures not available in the PTR • Energy Audits • Prime Window Conversions • Heat Pumps Up Grades • Heat Pump Commissioning and Controls • Duct Sealing • Electronic Thermostats
