  3. Remember • Students will want to print a new one each time they visit a faculty or academic advisor • GOAL: Convert minus (-) into positive (+) and ‘NO’ into ‘OK’ for each requirement area • Will be used as a final graduation check

HOLD • How can students check for “HOLDS” on their record? • Go to Student Service Center, Click on “HOLDS” • How can faculty/academic advisor check for HOLDS on student’s record? • Manage student service indicator • NOTE: • Some hold are positive , but most holds are negative • Anyone on campus can put “holds” on student’s records, students need to contact that individual or department to have the hold remove.
