  2. A3IS - The Beginning Small Business Joint Venture Company Founded in 2006 by 4 Small Businesses: SEIDCON, Macfadden, Applied Solutions and Bay State Computers. SEIDCON was established as Managing Partner of the JV Purpose was to pursue and win a GSA Alliant Small Business Contract. Contract was won (GS-06F-0598Z) and proceed notice was given by the GSA Contracting Officer in February, 2009

A3IS Corporate Capabilities – cont’d Telecommunications Engineering Enterprise Architecture Operations Research/Systems Analysis Cloud Computing CMMI Level 3 and ISO 20000 and 9001 Certified Secret Facility Clearance with capability to go to TS quickly if bidding on a task order with TS required.

Alliant SB Task Orders A3IS was awarded its first task order under Alliant in March 2010 - 10 years, $45M – IT Security Support for the US Patent & Trademark Office Task order for support to the US Army Surface Deployment and Distribution Command awarded in 2012 – 3 years, $3.5M – GATES Help Desk Support, Software Applications Training and Update Fielding; Software Applications Testing Two Task orders for Software Testing awarded in 2013 and 2014 - $1M – US Patent & Trademark Office

  7. Alliant SB Task Orders – cont’d US Navy Task Order awarded in Oct 2014 – TFMMS systems modernization and operations/maintenance support - $8.2 M, 5 Years

A3IS Corporate Update 2013 – Macfadden removed from Joint Venture due to growth into large business status 2013 – Trusted Mission Solutions (woman/minority owned small business) and Analytic Strategies (service disabled veteran owned small business) were added to the Joint Venture replacing Macfadden’s capabilities 2014 – Applied Solutions (ASI) removed from the Joint Venture due to ownership change 2014 – Aspex, Inc (minority owned small business) added to the JV replacing ASI

  9. A3IS Corporate Update – cont’d 2013 – GSA awarded A3IS the 5 year option period for the Alliant small business contract Corporate Headquarters in Vista, California with offices in McLean, Virginia and Palm Coast, Florida
