  2. Things to do Daily • Backups • Verify Full Backup (A, B, V) • Initialize Full Backup (A, B, U, I) • Check Transaction Files, Record Counts, Database files & index blocks • Check System Messages • Track HelpDesk calls

  3. Things to do Weekly • Login Stats* • Print Expansion Status (M,I,F,X) • Print System Status (M,I,F,S) • Check CSIDirect Open/Closed calls*

  4. Things to do Monthly • Clean up Create Lists • Remove Logins & Initials no longer needed* • Change passwords for Initials used by departed employees* • Check contention groups* • Encourage users to change Initials password*

  5. Things to do Yearly • Review & Clean Up • Templates • System Codes • Location Tables • Loan Rules & Determiner Table • Run Lists to look for Bad Codes and other anomalies • Attend IUG*

  6. Customizations Possible • Service Commitments • Each Module has some available • SysAdmin = System Tune-Up • More explanatory Passwords Labels • Standardize Passwords Functions • Standard Search Fields in Create Lists • Turn on certain Fixed Fields
