  5. PPRC was founded in 2001 at the initiative of the Open Society Institute Today PPRC employs around 25 experts in the fields of public policy analysis, economics, law, political science Working languages—Kazakh, Russian, English What is PPRC?

  6. The mission of PPRC is to search for solutions to key policy problems. PPRC works as a bridge between Government and civil society: conducts applied policy research, provides consultative assistance to the government and tries to involve the public in the process of policy-making. specializes in encouraging sound policies to bring about sustainable growth and development in Kazakhstan, organizing debate on key issues, producing regular publications and providing training programs in policy analysis. What is PPRC?

  12. PPRC Board was created in 2001, at the same time as PPRC Today, the Board includes 11 members—high-level officials, MPs, foreign experts, representatives of business and mass media Board meetings are held twice a year Board of Trustees

PPRC Board responsibilities includes to approve the development strategy to approve PPRC annual activity plans and financial plans to approve PPRC annual performance reports and financial report to decide on other issues submitted by PPRC Director to submit recommendations and remarks concerning financial condition and PPRC activities to the Director Board of Trustees
