  2. Participants • 12 participants • Representation by ITU, ISACC, CCSA, TTA, TTC, TIA, ETSI, ATIS

  3. Objectives • Discuss proposed edits to the GSC Governing Principles (version 1.5) contained in GSC14-ADMIN-03 • Discuss proposed edits to the GSC Guidance for Meeting Hosts (version 1.1) contained in GSC14-ADMIN-04 • Discuss maintenance of the approved list of High Interest Subjects (HISs) contained in GSC14-ADMIN-05

  4. Governing Principles (1) • Referred question of future GSC meeting schedule (contained in GSC14-ADMIN-07) to the HoDs for resolution • Deferred incorporation of text (contained in Proposals #1 and #2 of GSC14-ADMIN-07) acknowledging the “New and Novel (N&N)” session to the next Admin WG meeting, pending HoD review of N&N session which took place at GSC-14 (see embedded file)

  5. Governing Principles (2) • No consensus on naming of N&N session from “N&N Topics” to “N&N Contributions”(GSC14-ADMIN-02) and referred to HoDs for resolution • Admin WG endorsed edits proposed in GSC14-ADMIN-03 (version 1.5 from June 17, 2009, Admin WG editing meeting) and recommended additional edits, resulting in GSC14-ADMIN-08 (version 1.6) • Most updated version of the GSC Governing Principles will be issued after GSC HoD approval

  6. Guidance for Meeting Hosts • Admin WG endorsed version 1.1 (contained in GSC14-ADMIN-04) from the June 17, 2009, Admin WG editing meeting; clean version available as GSC14-ADMIN-09 • Most updated version of the GSC Guidance for Meeting Hosts will be issued after GSC HoD approval

  7. Maintenance of HIS List • Admin WG agreed to the proposal to maintain the HoD-approved list of HISs in GSC14-ADMIN-05 • Pending HoD approval, most up-to-date list of approved HISs will be posted to the repository of administration documents and maintained by the Admin WG

  8. Proposed Resolution • No Admin WG Resolution
