Trade Facilitation • Trade Promotion (with support from Commercial Offices and PROMPERU) • Capacity Building in FDI attraction • Intensive promotion Plan: participation in forums, fairs inside and outside the country. • Greater interaction and exchange of international experiences through the link with the World Free Zone Organization - WFZO and the Association of Free Zones of the Americas - AZFA 1 Strengthen the Special Economic Zones regime through the unification of its regulatory framework and promotion of private investment” PENX 2025 • Regulatory update • New scenario for the Special Economic Zone National System. • Improved SEZ legal Framework. • Regime Surveillance - Supervision of compliance with the obligations of the SEZs and their users. “Promote the development of Special Economic Zones as centers of logistics distribution and production of goods and services with high added value” 2

Auxiliares. • Implementation of National System of Special Economic Zones - NSSEZ (SEZ, Operators, companies and other services). • Installation of companies with new exportable offer. • Facilitating and flexible customs regime, ensuring the flow of goods. • Tax regime with benefits for users and the operator subject to investment requirements. • Attraction of Investment: attraction of Operators - Developers of SEZ and companies that develop research, scientific development and innovation activities.
